This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We had everything from an uninvited six legged guest to rude management. Upon entering our room, we discovered the previous guest's cookie container in a dresser drawer. We returned from dinner one night to discover a four foot puddle inside our hotel room in front of the air conditioner unit. I went to the office to inform the desk clerk of the problem and switch rooms. He grabbed a stack of old towels and handed them to me with the instructions to clean up the puddle. I told him that it was not my responsibility as the customer to clean up their room. He rudely informed me that he had no other rooms available and didn't know what I wanted him to do. Then the manager got involved and the situation got worse. He came up to the room and placed the towels over the puddle. He tried to argue with us that the leak was not coming from the air conditioner unit (we have it on video leaking). We again asked for a different room or at least a discount on our less than satisfactory accommodations. He said he would get back to us. While we waited, a six legged uninvited guest crawled out of the air conditioner unit. My husband caught the "guest" and took it to the office. Unbelievably, the manager accused us of letting it in the room! No other rooms were available so we were forced to spend the night in a room with a giant puddle and "guests". We will never stay here again, and don't recommend that you do either!! Contrary to their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, we did not receive a refund of our money when the situation was unable to be resolved.
