They couldn't care less. They will rake the leaves, raking right over and breaking plants. Use blowers on flower beds, again breaking anything in their path. They seem to think that the only goal is to clean up the leaves. The land skape is not important. They trim every single Bush into a square or a ball, all year round so that nothing ever blooms, all new growth is trimmed off every month. I have been begging my home owners association to get rid of them for years. more

Be Cautious! 7/30/2017

Be very cautious with this company. We had work done in our back yard and they damaged the sprinklers in multiple locations and would not pay to repair them. Even after the aeration and thatching, the grass has not recovered. Over the same time period, we requested a lawn mowing of our front yard. They kept saying they were going to show up, nearly 2+ weeks later, they stated the lawn was to long and they did not want to do the work. Poor management and follow through. The response we received back was extremely sarcastic with no apology on any of the issues. Would not recommend this company at all. more

Terrible Service and no Responsivikity 6/11/2017

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They busted my sprinkler heads and when confronted about it, they said they didn't do it and even if they did they weren't responsible for it. Total garbage more

Really poor follow up and customer service!!! 6/3/2017

Be advised to use this firm at your own risk. We gave the thousands of dollars of contract business, which turned out to be unsatisfactory, and despite repeated attempts to reach out to JB, he has not responded. At this point, we don't expect he will honor the contract, and have given up on him m ever making good on what he promised. Our community property is a weed farm. Thanks JB. more

rip off 5/8/2017

I paid over $400 for JB to renovate my lawn. my lawn had large bare patches in it, moss and weeds. I keep trying to email and call JB but he won't return either. more

Excellent 4/22/2017

JB's crew came out on the day they were scheduled. They did exactly what was promised. Thatching , aerating, trimmed the lawn, fertilizer, moss killer , mulch , topsoil and then seed. I paid to have them haul the debris away. They came when promised, worked very hard , raked it up, and left my property spotless. I had a section of the yard that was to be left alone due to an invisible fence wire and they went around it with no problems but still managed to do every inch of the rest of the yard. I am very impressed with JB and his crew. Honest. Professional . On time . Job well done. more

Run, Dont Walk, Run away!! 6/22/2016

I hired JB at Eastside lawn to thatch, plug, add topsoil and hydroseed my 4000+ feet of lawn. The project dragged on forever, his team would randomly show up at 7PM and start working. They tried to add the soil on top of the unthatched lawn, saying it would be fine. Then after a couple of weeks, I come home from a business trip and see that something had been done, bit not sure what. JB said it was hydroseeded. I saw no evidence of seeding at all, but took his word.after 10 days of watering dirt, and countless ignored phone calls I gave up on JB and bought seed and seeded myself. These guys are incompetent, they do not return calls - please do not hire!!!! more

Mulch! 12/10/2005

THey come to my house once every 6 months to fertilize my lawn. They really know how to take care of lawns because I have friends that have them mow their lawn. I would have them mow my lawn too, but I have another business that does it. The pricing is very fair considering it last up to 6 months. They also give you details on how to cut the lawn if you do it yourself. Give them a call and see what they're all about. more
