Eastern Luxury Car & Limo Service

My brother was married yesterday, Feb. 14, 2010 on Valentine's day. My job as the best man was to plan the transportation of nearly 500 guests! So I turned to a service that I have used for the past 10 years or so....Good 'ol Eastern Car Service. The manager over at Eastern helped me through the entire process. He helped me plan the pick-up/drop-off times, where guests should meet in order to car pool, and provided special rates for all of my reservations. Every single car was waiting for the passengers 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time, and only 2-3 groups were late (no fault to Eastern's drivers, some "people" took longer than others to get dressed). All of the vehicles they sent were extremely clean, and appeared to be new, or were in pristine condition. Also their drivers were dressed up in suits with ties on! I found out later that Eastern now has a Luxury service (Eastern Luxury) and the manager took it upon himself to dispatch all his luxury vehicles for my brother's wedding. After the wedding I had several people approach me and praised me for how smoothly the transportation went (I didn't think anyone would notice). Thank you Eastern Car Service. I will always use you guys, and will recommend you to anyone in need of similar services. -David more

I was looking for a reliable car service in Brooklyn for 2 important events. First for my wedding, when they arrived almost 20 min late. Then I decided to give them a 2nd chance and get me to my graduation caremony. This time I urged them to be on time. After waiting for 20 minutes I decided to take my own car and was forced to look for expensive parking in Manhattan. Won't take them again. more

Once I was running late to an important event and I was calling every car service around my way and like always they never picked up and if they did, they always put me on hold, which I hate. Then I came across Eastern Car Service and was hoping that they pick up. Which they did and didn't put me on hold. Which is a BIG PLUS. The dispatcher was great and polite, he said that they cab would be outside in less then 10 minutes. To my surprise the cab was outside as I stepped out my door. Once in the car the driver was nice and estimated the time of arrival. He didn't over charge in matter of fact they charge less then all the other car service that I had used before. I was of course happy to have some extra change in my pocket. The driver took the quickest route and we got there in less time then he had thought. I recommend Eastern Car Service to every one I know and they haven't given any complains either. We all have had great experiences with Eastern Car Service. I am sure those of you who live in the park slope and downtown section of Brooklyn have heard of Eastern Car Service. I have used their service for several years now and have not had any negative problems with them. Even during the most busy periods, they have been able to accommodate my needs and help me get to where I am going. Their rates are very reasonable and getting a cab to my doorstep is always a breeze I definitely recommend them to those of you who haven't used their service. more

When you've got too much stuff to lug on the subway, a car service is a good solution. Eastern is reliable and their drivers are nice and helpful with car seat, children, and bags. Rates are very reasonable and the cars are in good condition. And we all know it's nearly impossible to hail a cab in Brooklyn. more
