i am a regular customer to this store. i buy all stuff like saris, Punjabi suits,bangles,jewelery etc.......... they have a unique collection of dressline. And even carry designer sarees and dresses. coming to customer service its excellent................................... more

Nice store to be 11/23/2010

Hello Friends, I live in san jose. When i need to have any indian stuff like saree, music, electronics et cetera. I visit this store. It is having large variety which you may not see in USA for indian items. Staff working there also is very helpful. Owner and her wife are always there to help you in anything. They also stitches blowses and bidding falls. I recommend you to visit this store for any Indian stuff required. Thank you, Rajvi D more

i been to this place with my family and been good experience. it little small place but if they have fancy place then price will be high so we have to compromise some where. nice people i been customer with them since last 6 year, they giving right advise also what to buy , look good & not to buy. also they have 220 volt appliances to take it back home. good ray-ban sunglasses, cell phone, perfume,samsonite luggage and low cost 20 dollar luggage also. they have wide rang of indian mixer and stone grinder. more

Very bad experience ...bad service ... rude owner ...bad return policy 10/15/2006

When I went to return an unopened item...the owner became extremely rude to me and he refused to even exchange or issue a store refund. He became accusing me and just said that he can not take it back. I was shocked at such rudeness and have decided never to go to that shop again. more

Great gift shop 9/26/2005

Its a store worth to visit. They offer discounts/deals during Indian festivals like rakhi, diwali etc. They have huge collection of Indian dresses in all sizes. If its not the right size don't worry, they have a tailor to alter the dress. Also u can get items repaired by the tailor I got my top altered and they stitched it pretty nicely. They also offer DVD rentals and in addition they have lots of electronic items in store. more

Great dress collection 9/23/2005

They have lots of collection of Indian dresses. In summers they had great cotton kurtas, party lanche, jewelery , jutiyans and what not. During festivals they also have sale going on. They have a tailor and if u need something repaired they offer that service as well. They did a pretty good job on my kurta. On top of all this they have huge collection of electronics, gifts and DVD rentals. A store worth to visit. more

Small, Crowded, Messy 8/10/2005

I've been in this place 2-3 times. I wo't go there again. The place is small. I fidn it unorganized and the people didn't seem to knwo what really was going on. I don't think they have any one specialty. You are better off going across the the street to Manisha Sari or Manisha Jewlers or Kumud. more

Indian Authentic clothes 8/7/2005

Located at 1046 East El camino Real in sunnyvale, East West Sarees is a great place for ladies and mens' kurtis and awesome looking indian and japanese sarees. They also have lots of kids fancy dresses as well as keep geting authentic and latest in fashionwear indian sarees. For all those indian women who dont find great sarees You must visit this place for great saress at competitive prices. more

LOW QUALITY MOVIES!! 8/5/2005

So my friend took me here once to look for some imported dvd's and movies. The prices were extremely low and the saying "you get what you pay for" definitely comes back to haunt you. The movies were extremely low in quality and some had covers that looked like they were printed in someone's garage!! Save your time and money and look elsewhere for you imported goods. more

East West Sari Music & Gift is 3 in one shop, has also women kurta, lachas and also some Indian electronic stuff. Staff is rude...owner is rude. DVD quality is also bad and if anyone complains about it...the owner gets really rude. I hate this shop and would not recommend this to anyone. Return policy is also bad. I had bad experience with this store more
