My husband is a builder and has used East Texas Alarm many times. They are always quick to get a pre wire done on a spec house. They are also the cheapest in town for pre wires. Their monthly fee is also very reasonable. We have never had any problems with our pre wires and never heard any complaints from the homeowners.
