I could never imagine that I would get such a great value for my used BMW car. I had just filled in some forms online giving information about my car model, mileage, trim and color and sent it across. And to my surprise, I got a quick response from the dealers. They gave me a wonderful trade-in value for my used 2007 BMW 328i sedan. This was a dream come true! more

I found East Bay BMW very reliable, whenever my BMW M3 required any repair. Always I have had a great time there and my friends also report the same. With this dealership I never had to wait for weeks to get my car in for service. Their online dealership has the facility to give online service and repair appointments. People are nice and they can just fix any problem with the vehicle. more

East Bay MINI has an exclusive MINI facility. I had heard positive things about the dealership and visited its website to take a look at their features before visiting the showroom in person. I was impressed to find comprehensive details about MINI collection and loads of features to facilitate car buyers. The MINI Financial Services section on the website is very helpful for buyers. more

I had never known that getting finance online could be as simple a task as it turned out to be at this dealership! Frankly, I was awestruck at the ease at which the process was completed. All I had to do was fill out a form, right from where I had accessed the website; I was only required to fill up some simple questions, and to my surprise, a representative came calling, and soon, I had driven out the used BMW I had so eagerly wanted to own! If only all other dealerships had such ease of operations! more

I recently bought a used 2007 BMW 3 Series 328i Coupe from the East Bay BMW dealership at Pleasanton. My car’s condition is very good and it looks brand new. The price was also very reasonable and was well within my reach. One thing I should tell you about this BMW dealership is that all their pre-owned BMWs are well maintained and are tested by BMW professionals. I also saw their huge pre-owned inventory before selecting this car. What is more, I was pleased that the entire transaction went smoothly and they their after sales service promises to be great! more

East Bay BMW service 5/9/2007

Collen J. wrote that she used East Bay BMW for "warranty work" and found them a little "pricey." Repairs performed under warranty are not charged! Whats up with that? All new BMW's come with a 4 year completely free service, including oil changes! All my experiences at East Bay BMW have been excellent. The service writer even ran out to the parking lot to hand me my keys, so I wouldn't have to walk in. They are fabulous!!! more

Just ok service 8/1/2005

I go here because I had a warranty but I don't think that I would keep going here otherwise. I have had ok service here but nothing to write home about. Their service writers are nice but tend to be a bit snooty, however their mechanics are very nice. They seem to be a bit pricey but I wonder if that is because they are a dealership and not a private shop. I would recommend them if you HAVE to go to a dealership for your service. more
