I work for a distributor that regularly ships to Puerto Rico. A customer requested we use ""Eagle"" for the carrier. I know we as a business, will NEVER be associated or tied to Eagle ever again. A simple request to track an airbill# provided turned into a huge ordeal. I received 3 different stories from 3 different customer service reps. Horrible customer service (if you can get them on the phone).
Cons: unreliable, no customer service ethics
