Best Mechanic Shop in Charleston. John and Bill are very honest and straightforward. They provide great customer service and never try to sell you anything you don't need. My truck, which is 17 years old and has approximately 210,000 miles on it,still runs like new thanks to Eagle Automotive. more

Radiator hose and belt for alternator and ac 9/5/2016

This staff makes sure everything is under warranty when fixed and did an excellent job changing the radiator hose. I appreciated the staff getting me to work and taking me back in addition to being open to help me on the Tropical storm day! Great job everyone! more

They are honest 8/22/2016

I had them check on my car for the engine oil leaking problem. They explained to me the exact malfunctioning parts. I discussed with them what I'd like to fix and what not. They listened to me. Unlike many other mechanics who always exaggerate the problems, ask you to pay for unnecessary work or even break your car for additional work, I think they are honest and this is very important. more
