We were told AFTER we placed our order that debit / credit was not accepted, even though they had signs stating otherwise.\r
\r
Then we were told there were ""no dinner specials"" and the initial order was $46 for two main dishes, 2 orders fried rice, the side of crab rangoon, the egg rolls and egg drop soup. After pointing out on the menu, ""this says dinner special . . ."" they had the 1 american-speaking employee confirm, though not apologizing, it was rung-up incorrectly; new total was $27\r
\r
Our order was ready in under 3 minutes.\r
\r
I expressed concern about whether our food was fresh or done and was ASSURED its all made to order, they are simply that fast. I remarked that food of this nature cannot be fresh / cooked in under 3 minutes, asked for a refund and was denied.\r
\r
We drove the 3 minutes back to our apartment -- my kung pao chicken was raw . . . literally bleeding and cold. The crab rangoon and egg rolls were freezer burned on the outside, still frozen in the middle. The sweet and sour sauce was watered down ketchup. The rice and fortune cookies were the only thing fresh and edible.\r
\r
They otherwise advertise as ""the best chinese food in Chesterfield."" fat chance when your ingredients are either frozen, pre-made, undercooked / deadly and or over-priced.
