First of all, once you sleep on a Dux bed you will never want to sleep on a regular bed again. And before you balk at the price, remember that you spend one third of your life in bed. But this review is not about the fabulous Dux bed---it's about the extraordinary customer service I received from this store....and I didn't even buy my Dux bed from them! I recently moved to SF from NYC, and the gorillas at Allied Van Lines managed to seriously damage the frame of my beloved Dux Motion bed. I wasn't terribly concerned because I had purchased full replacement value insurance. However, when Corinne at the Dux store on Fillmore informed me that they no longer make the particular model I have, I was seriously distraught. As a Dux sleeper herself, Corinne completely sympathized, and offered to come over to my apartment the next morning and look at the bed. She was a true delight, happily throwing herself on the floor, crawling under the bed, and taking lots of photos. She determined that her repair team would come and take the bed apart and rebuild it for me, which they did the following day. My bed is as good as new. Let me repeat: I did not buy this bed from her store, and by fixing mine she was potentially losing a sale. However, she gained a loyal customer for life.
