Friendly staff... Tours for small children are very helpful pre-surgery. My son is scared to death, but they are very child oriented, with a youngest first policy.
Pros: Pretty pictures and sculptures on the wall.
Cons: EXPENSIVE, PAY FIRST POLICY HURTS!
