I required assistance to obtain a team jersey, and I was told by one of the staff to ask the cashiers for assistance. The jerseys were hung near the ceiling so I asked one of the two clerks in front to assist me. The cashier scowled at me (she had no customers), and asked another clerk if she could assist me. That clerk was fixing a small display, and said to call another personnel from the back to assist me. I waited and waited, and went back to both clerks and asked again. I told them I was not going to stand there and wait when one of them could assist me. The cashier got one of the metal poles and got the jersey down in a second. It took the two clerks longer to put me off than to complete the task. I was apalled, so much for customer service! I will not be returning to that store.
