The more dealings I had with him, the less confident I began to feel, however - the worst aspect of my brief encounter with this office was the receptionist. \r
She was rude and disinterested in doing her job. She gave the impression that you were bothering her by asking to sked an appt. I severed my ties to them fairly quickly and found another ENT with whom I?m very satisfied. It boggles my mind how any Dr. allows their office to be represented by someone who lacks compassion and professionalism, and sadly you encounter this behavior a lot.
