TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER. 6/30/2007

WE HAD 1 PAYMENT LEFT ON THE TRUCK. MY SPOUSE WAS TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER JOB AND WE WERE RUNNING 10 DAYS BEHIND ON PAYMENT. DRIVESMART HAD OUR TRUCK TOWED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. NO WARNING.
