NEVER SHOP AT DRIMMERS! OR, BUYER BEWARE.\r I insisted on using a locally-owned business to replace my refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The biggest mistake in my life was going to Drimmers. Everything was delivered and hooked up without issue. In less than a month, the refrigerator started freezing EVERYTHING. That was two months ago--it still is not working and DRIMMERS does not honor its products. I have taken three vacation days to meet the repairmen. Repairs have been unsuccessful. I have no more days and no refrigerator. I thought that was the worst of it. UNTIL TODAY. The oven stopped working. A Viking. A 'new' kitchen; money spent to prove it. No cooking, no refrigeration, no company standing by its product. NO DRIMMERS. (the sales person, Isaac, is a nice guy, if that is all you need). more

I was looking to get appliances for my kitchen remodel. I called all the big name and little websites. My head was spinning to say the least. Then my friend recommended I go to Drimmers. What a pleasure! They greeted me friendly on the phone, spent time with me describing the pros and cons of their HUGE selection of appliances. They had brands no one else had too. When my new kitchen showed up the delivery guys were great and it was the best shopping experience I have ever had. If i could give 10 stars I would be happier. Keep it up guys! more

I called Drimmers after calling 5 other big companies. At Drimmers the phone was picked up right away. no waiting time no automatic voice system that keep you punching #'s until you get the department you need... Drimmers knew EVERY detail on EVERY appliance i gave them. within minutes i got the answers i needed. i was able to make a decision and i love every single appliance we got there. I was stunned to find that some of the appliances i searched weren't the ones i needed and the appliances i picked didn't match each other, non of the other 5 companies i called told me or advise so. Drimmers were the only company that brought it up and guided me. I learned a lot by talking to their rep. I was able to make better decisions and finally got the right appliances. Later when i had a problem with my rebate they helped me right away and made sure i was getting it. Drimmers followed up and called me to arrange delivery time at my convenience. I ordered a washer and dryer from Drimmers, and have no problems ( thus far) with the appliances. However, due to sequential mistakes made by the salesperson, which he described as him ""pushing the wrong button"" on the order I had to spend two extra days waiting at home for the proper installation kit to be delivered and then the installers to come back. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but the salesman was pretty blase about the whole thing, and unwilling to offer much beyond a barely sincere apology to make up for the inconvenience and monetary loss that resulted from having to take extra time off of work. more
