Dr NG refused to test for strep throat but insisted on treating for it. I do not accept giving my child antibiotics unless it is medically needed. At that office, all bacterial infections AND viral infections are treated with amoxicillin. more

Extremely disappointed 6/14/2011

Bad: Doctor Ng. refused to accept my son as a patient because my son did not receive all of his vaccinations. My son did not receive all of his vaccinations due to a vaccine injury.. Improvements: Children's medical decisions should be made collaboratively with doctor and parent. All children have unique circumstances, issues, and histories and and treatment decisions should be made on an individual basis not through universal absolute policies for all children regardless of individual circumstance.. more

Pediatrician in St. Augustine 8/2/2005

When our 2 year old son was born, Dr. NG was recommended to us. We went and interviewed him and were very pleased. He has been our son's pediatrician for over 2 years now and we are very happy with the service he provides. The office staff are wonderful with children and they are very informative and helpful. Often, when I call with a question, I can speak directly to doctor without having to "go through" the nurse. The office is small with a small number of employees. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, even last minute for an illness. I rarely wait for very long, and it is rare that there are people in the waiting room with me. Dr. NG's care can not be beat!! more
