The front office staff was unbelievably condescending and rude. I went in for an eye exam, was given a sample pair of contacts, and was told to call in a week or two to place the order. After multiple negative interactions with the secretary, I asked them to fax my prescription to another vision store, and was then told that my prescription was not valid until I returned for a $50 fitting visit. She would not give me any further information about the brand of contacts until I returned to the office.
