Had a flat tire and took the bike in. What I got back could hardly be ridden. The wheel was crooked and the chain so tight that it was difficult to peddle. But it's totally my fault, I should have known better. I'd been there before. The first time I went to Dr J's they charged me for tires I didn't order and when the bike was difficult to ride they convinced me that I needed a new chain (again the bike was put together wrong). Either they are highly skilled scammers or incompetent bike repairers. Either way, I'm really not going back next time.
Pros: Only place in the SY Valley
Cons: They scam and/or destroy
