I saw Dr. Stolz many years ago one time. I did not care for her at all, and really didn’t appreciate that she smoked during the session. Since we did not click well, I cancelled what were to be our further ongoing appointments. A few months later my parents (I was just over 18 and still on their insurance) got a bill for three months worth of visits that never took place. She even called my home and was somewhat harassing. I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone. more

I know Dr Stolz for over 20 years and she has always been nice ask her a question and she will give you good advice I thought I may not be able to keep my 3 pets and she said she would give them a home not even my relative would do that for me she's not just my doctor but she's also my friend more

dr stolz has been seeing myself and members of my family for 13 years we have found her to be extremely helpful. She's helped up is get through a lot of very hard situations and has been there for us when we needed someone. Her compassion to help others is truly inspiring. more

I have been seeing Dr stolz for many years..she has helped me with the death of my father as well as any negativity that was occuring during my loss. In addition, i had a family court long bartle in which a letter due on the day of court. Dr Stolz was able to commit herself to writing my letter the entire morning which took the place of her missing her own valuable time. Although this comes with a fee, this Dr did not charge me a cent!!!! O ther drs had asked me for minimal of $150.00 per report and they dont even type it. Her victorian office is clean and depicts a therapeutic environment.In addition to be cozy and client friendly. Based on my initial appt. Dr Stolz does collect all types of info in order to best suit her clients progress and needs to complete a thorough evaluation. more

Dr. Stolz has a Victorian smoke free office for 25 years as well as cleaning staff clerical and all are friendly and willing to help you when you go there. Great Physician. more

If you have asthma, this is not the office for you. Honestly, the clutter and the dust I could overlook but the smoke was too much to bear. I saw Dr. Stolz for 2 visits for a surgical clearance. On the first visit, I was told that she would charge my coverage for 3 visits, only seeing me twice and one for writing the Evaluation. I waited about 15 minutes to see her, she spent approximately 10 minutes with me taking my coverage, making me fill out some forms. She talked to me for 5 minutes then gave me a stack of additional forms to fill out and asked me to fill them out in the waiting area. While I filled out the papers, she was in her adjacent office smoking. I had to stand outside because i could feel my chest constricting and gurgling from the smoke. Each paper in the stack that she gave me was upside down which was beyond annoying and gives a glimpse of her state of mind. My second visit was all of 5 minutes while she gave me a handwritten evaluation. She stated that she only hand wrote her evaluations and that she did not type them. She asked if the doctor wanted her to type it if I could do that for her. At least the second session she had the door open so that the cigarette smoke was not as bad but I was prepared with my inhaler this time. Thank God I did not have to see her further. I was willing to over look all of this but the next day I received a call from my doctor who stated that they did not accept hand written evaluations and would not submit one to the insurance. They also contacted Dr. Stolz and stated same. I then received a call at my home (yes at my home) from Dr. Stolz asking if I could type the evaluation on her letter and she would sign it. I answered no and she said she would get someone to do it for her. She also said how outrages the doctor was because they wanted her to charge me for the typed copy of my evaluation but she would do it for free (wow). Summary -Unhealthy conditions, unethical practices, and violation of privacy by having "someone" type my evaluation. more

I am a client of Doctor Stolz and can attest to the great help and counsel I have received from her. Specifically, she has given me tools to deal with many challenges we all have faced- frustration/loss of employment, family illnesses, September 11 trauma, etc. and the resulting anxiety, depression and insomnia that can result when things get overwhelming. Her office does not feel like a sterile institutional environment, rather a comfortable and relaxing environment where you can roll up your sleeves and get to work and progress on your issues. Although she does not prescribe medication, I believe the therapy provided therapy is vital to addressing and managing any problems I may have. A very grateful client. more

Dr Stolz is an excellent phycologist and very professional. I highly recommend her to all that are in need of a phycologist. Her office is very clean and has a very comfortable setting. she accommodates all hours that are needed if they are available. I have never experienced anything negative about Dr Stolz and my entire family has been going to her for years.. more

Extremely unprofessional, a horrible experience. And while the state of the office and waiting room have no bearing on how good or bad she might be as a clinician, it bears mentioning that they were filthy and cluttered. Do not recommend. more

when reviewing any profesional do not be abusive do not violate terms of use do stick to the business of question do not make reference to health code violations or implant imagery /false statements that can possibly create danger to the entity being reviewed or to others . this is slander and can be punishable by law take the public into consideration as well as the entity being reviewed as to the potential harm or good you have imposed on them due to your review to avoid any detrimental effects on all concerned involved in any review you post in judy's book our job is to help others improve not hurt intimidate them or seek to control others or destroy them out of revenge or because you are not happy with their services remember to treat others as you would want them to treat you if you want to help others improve you do it with positive feedback not negative this will only result in negativity what you put out in the universe is what you will receive if you want an entity to improve suggest improvement in a positive manner do not advertise their errors tell them in a confidential manner so that they feel you really care about them and their success and are not promoting their failure by telling them they are not good enough to be who they . more

I agree she happens to be a descent person and Doctor to combat the negative that was said about her is for one her office is not the typical office you might expect but if you look at it realistically and know you are not there to judge her office they you might see that her office is dressed up in the way she likes it to be its her right to do so and express her feelings also and it also is very interesting to view and warm I dont care if she smokes...many people do and it sounds like you are just an unhappy patient whom couldn't get any satisfaction and you are attacking this doctor for your own self gradification..Let people judge for themselves what is good for them or not there are many other doctors you can go to to feel comfortable that is the goal not there furniture or enviorment that should have no effect on your sanity....I hope you get the proper help you need. I have been bringing my children to Dr. Stolz for several years,and I can't disagree more with the poor review given by Lala S. My kids adore her and so do I. She is a very kind and compassionate woman. Her office is cozy and kept clean. What I feel is the best part of visiting with her , is that my kids feel like they are going to see a friend to talk to rather than being afraid of a doctor's visit!! more
