I can't give this facility one star. They pipe religious music 24/7 telephonically and throughout the office indicating they care? Or they have compassion? Or their dedication to patients stems from some holy affiliation with The Almighty? I don't know, but their hypocrisy reigns supreme.\r

I have had migraines since my teens. Had multiple scans/MRI's...we KNOW they're migraines. When I see someone who's genuine, my migraine takes leave that very day. In more than a decade of seeing Lugo-Miro as our family practitioner, there has not been ONE time my migraines have been properly tended to. Not once. I can't explain in words how utterly frustrating this is because anyone with migraines knows the debilitating nature of these nightmares.\r

My last visit was, of course, right on par. I went in with migraines accompanying flu-like symptoms. I wrote down my complaints so as to be efficient and not have to repeat myself multiple times. The bronchitis...they're treating. Did I wake up this morning in pain? Absolutely. If you're looking for a caring physician, this is not your place. They will do nothing for you.
