Good: Good with primary care visits and getting a good health history, giving advice on maintenance and prevention, etc.. Bad: When I had some concerns she could be hit or miss - really all over the map. At times I felt like she was dismissive of something another doc later told me was a really important issue - another time she seemed to be afraid I would drop dead in her office over something that was relatively common and uncomplicated. It seems a little random whether she will be dismissive or completely over-reactive.. Improvements: I would rather she responded relatively predictably and less off kilter. If you as a doctor act completely freaked out about a patient's condition the patient will be afraid and the whole experience will be a lot harder for them.. Other: I ended up switching doctors because I just needed someone who would be more even handed with how they handle unexpected things/problem visits with a patient. I was upset at some of the things she dismissed and didn't even feel were worthy of a visit or a referral, but perplexed at some of the things she was a little overreactive of. Maybe I got her on a few bad days.. more

She's wonderful, totally attentive, has all the time for you that you need. Refers you readily to a specialist, always available via phone. Ready to help you. She's friendly, easy to share with, pro-active, etc. more

I'm a 27-year-old female, and have been seeing Dr. Linda for 3 years. Though I don't have a wealth of experiences with doctors, I've seen enough to know that she is a pretty rare. She is really personable, takes her time with me, and answers all my questions (even those that I ask out of curiosity, rather than direct relevance to me). In the pre-exam discussion, she is always thorough and covers all bases. She also follows up quickly after my appointment with blood test results (cholesterol, etc.). I have a feeling that I am going to be with her for years! more

Dr. Linda is a great doctor specializing in Internal Mediciine. She's located in DC near the Foggy Bottom metro stop, convenient for downtown workers. She's very friendly and explains to you everything as she's examining you. She tells you all exactly what she's doing, provides advice, and is very conversational so it's easy to speak with her. She's a no-frills doctor, so you can ask her anything. She follows up very quickly following your appointments and is very dependable. Overall, a great person. more
