I am now 23, with bright white straight teeth that do not come from brand new veneers or teeth bleaching (only used otc bleaching once about 2 years ago, and never did any dental office bleaching). Had her since I could remember. Highly recommend! more

I like Dr. James and always found her office to be inviting for young children but had a very bad experience recently with her new associate who performed a grueling root canal on my young child without proper numbing. My child had a tiny cavity that the dentist chose not to fill. Six months later, she was in her chair and screaming in pain. The dentist never fully explained the procedure or options to us, nor why she never followed up on the cavity in the months since it was diagnosed. I sat horrifed as she worked on my daugher, neither us fully understanding what was going on. I will never go back. more

Dr. James and Dr. Lin are fantastic. I wish I'd had a dentist like them as a child. My son has been going to them since he was 12 months old and has no fears, listens to them and loves their office. It's totally kid friendly and the staff are gentle and loving. Absolutely the best! more

These 2 ladies are the best pediatric dentists in the city! They are both fun and witty, and caring and most of all, they are very patient! Parents are always welcomed, they have a strict open door policy! This office was buily solely for the kids! Not only do they have movies playing in the reception area, they also have them in every exam room, and play stations in every room too! There is also the famous toy chest filled with an assortment of treasures for your child to choose at the end of their visit! The icing on the cake is that they even have 2 dogs for the kids to play with! They have 11 year old Tchochka who is an absolute princess and a puppy named Coconut. My 5 year old has been going there since he was 16 months. The doctor's are friendly, and the ladies in the office are spectacular. I only wish they would make an exception and see adults! more

Dr. James is the best children's dentist! She is very thorough, and saved the day for my son when he was having a dental emergency. Very professional, she knows how to handle children with respect, and the whole office is geared towards children. The waiting room is stocked with toys and even shows kids' dvds. Excellent dentist. more
