I read the first review that said that Downtown Plumbing did not return a call, but I decided that everyone deserves one mistake. But, they did it again. Left a call (off-hours). Did not expect a response that night as it wasn't an emergency, so waited until 5:30 pm (on-hours) the next day, and left another message, but still no call. I wonder if Richard will come back and apologize again? I did have one conversation with Richard before I tried to book him, and it was helpful, so it might be a matter of being too busy. But, that is no excuse. I have a friend who owns a contracting business and he said he would NEVER not return a call. Besides being theoretically bad for business (although for a specialty building related businesses in a building boom area, it probably wouldn't hurt any), he thinks that it also just reflects badly on his character.
