If you are working in the area and need some healthy food for breakfast and lunch, hit Deb's, located just off the "Houston" 1, 9 subway stop on Varick Street. There is excellent healthy oatmeal, as well as a daily variety of omelets, but the greatest item to eat for breakfast is build your own yogurt that can include berries, granola, pecans, and much more. The lunch menu, desserts, and coffee are just as good!
