I have had several thousand dollars worth of work done at this office in the last two months. Recently I had a temporary crown that wouldn't stay on so I called to speak with the doctor. I was told he would call me back. Three days later and two more messages left by me and I still had not talked to him. The receptionist called and ask what I needed. I explained my feelings and he said the office manager would call me back after her lunch break. That was 5 business days ago and I have heard nothing. I also have had a visit to the office and she didn't speak with me. I have one more tooth to be fixed but I think I am going to ask for my records and find an office that cares about customer service beyond their office doors.
