I ordered a piece of furniture in January. What was suppose to take 8 weeks took 4 months. The bad part is I had to call to ask them where it was (the call was made 12 weeks after I ordered) they told me it was back ordered.
WHen I picked it up 2 people put in my car, evidently not gently because the piece was damaged when we removed it from the packing.
I feel like I could overlook all this if I felt valued by them as a customer. When you go to there store no one seems to care you are there.
