Excellent job, very careful with estimates and letting me know if there would be different charges. Identified problems and repaired quickly and well. Explained to me and showed used parts. more

Donovan's was great again this past Friday. They quickly and easily replaced the tire and were very helpful explaining how and why they could not legally repair it. I was very happy. John more

We love the service and attention that we get when we go to Donovan's!!! We feel as though we can trust that we are not getting ripped off like when we go to the dealer for our car service or repair. We are confident that repairs that are not necessary will not be pushed on us. more

One Day Service 11/26/2011

I can usually bet that when I take my car into Donovan's it will be done in one day. The work will be the same amount as quoted, or less! I trust these guys to treat my car the same as they would their own, and that they will not overcharge me or fix things that are not necessary. more

Trustworthy 11/18/2011

I return again and again because of timely, quality, trustworthy service. Multiple items were repaired promptly, done right the first time. My main problem, a check engine light, turned out to be something simple. Less scrupulous shops might easily have taken advantage of the situation. I appreciate the Donovan's honesty. more

Maintenance / Tune Up 11/15/2011

They provided a reasonable estimate and performed the work in a relatively short time. I always feel comfortable with Donovan's that I am not being taken advanage of because I'm female and don't know a lot about the workings of a car. They have always been very professional and trustworthy. more

Quick new tires, and then some 11/10/2011

Stopped in (with 1 day's notice) to get 4 new tires. Awesome service, great price, quick turnaround AND some homemade salsa to boot! As always, stellar job boys. P.S. While there, witnessed a "free-bie" for a brand new customer who was in a pinch with a tricky but relatively minor issue. "Keep us in mind when you need future serice" was all the Donovans asked for. Great, friendly, neighborhood service still exists in PR! more

I can always count on Donovan's to be upfront about my car and it's repairs. I got a new set of tires; Denny and I discussed the options, and he was straightforward with the information. This aspect of Donovan's service helps with making a good decision. Thanks, guys! more

Great Work 11/4/2011

I dropped my car off unannounced due to a "brake fluid level low" light...They were slammed and said that they might not be able to look at it for 3-4 days. Being a brake issue I left it anyway, well I received a call the next morning with the diagnosis and a few hours later my car was ready. The work seems to be good because I my car stops when I push the brakes, so thank you for your promptness and reliability. more
