I called Donna to deliver a bouquet of get well balloons to my sister in the hospital two weeks ago. They were delayed a day because she wrote down my credit card number incorrectly. I was a little nervous as to the product because she sounded so confused and flaky on the phone. When they were finally delivered, there were not as many balloons as she'd said she would include, and the mylars were all the same rather than the variety she described. To make matters worse, my credit card statement showed a charge $20 more than expected. When I called her back to discuss the charge, she said she had absolutely no recollection of the transaction even though I refreshed her memory that we spoke twice b/c of the problem with the wrong card number, I mentioned the name of the hospital they were delievered to, etc. and she said she hasn't delivered anything there at all. It was bizarre, almost like she had a complete memory loss. I felt like I was speaking to a balloon! She told me she would go through her receipts and to call her back in a few days. I probably will not bother for $20 because it would be more aggravating to have to ever speak to her again, but just a word of caution as to anyone who considers calling her - I'd recommend calling anyone else instead!
Pros: balloons were delivered
Cons: delivery was late, balloons not what I expected, owner is incredibly flaky
