Great Customer Service - Travelers Accomodated 2/22/2014

We were visiting Chattanooga from Northeastern TN, and our vehicles transmission totally failed. I called a friend, who recommended East Ridge Transmission. I called East Ridge Transmission at about 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon, and made arrangements to have the vehicle towed to their shop in Chattanooga. The shop opened Monday morning and I received a call from Don Britton before 08:30 telling me that the transmission would have to be replaced, and that they had a rebuilt transmission in stock. By 4:30 PM the transmission was installed, and my wife and I were on the road. Thanks to Don Britton, Cary Ann and the technicians that helped us get back home and back to work on time on Tuesday. If you have to have something like this happen to you, you could not find a better place. Professional service, very clean shop and waiting room and excellent customer Service. Professional Service With Excellent Reputation 2/2/2014

I had a transmission problem on a car I had bought where the transmission was supposedly repaired by another shop. When Don Britton's staff got the transmission out the former owner had been scammed and was charged for a transmission rebuild he did not get. East Ridge Transmission fixed it properly with a great warranty and the whole staff and facility is very professional. I took the car there because of their reputation for being honest and professional and they lived up to it. more

Reliable service 1/15/2014

During the recent cold snap we managed to break not one, but two, door handles off our Nissan. My son was leaving town with the car but East Ridge transmission got the doors fixed and him on his way. Thanks. more

Quality of work is great 1/12/2014

Ive have used Don Britton several times for repairs on Ford F150..they all always do what they say and in a timely manner..at the least possible cost to the customer..I appreciate their honesty and I will continue using their services in future more
