Horrible office! I was 9.5 months prego and had told them for day one did not want to know sex of the baby.\r Well at appoitnment yesterday, Nurse Nancy proceed to tell us of ovarian cycst on baby. Well, she told us the sex of the baby. Needless to say my husband and I are furious!\r if they can't read the files and my wishes I have no faith in their ability to take care of my health care needs. more

I have been seeing Dr. Stachan for 10 years..she delivered my 2 children by c-section with no problems!!! Any visit I have ever had is always great. Staff is friendly and most have been there a long time. She takes time to listen and does not rush. She is up to date on all subjects. LOVE !!! LOVE !! LOVE!!! ....her!! An amazing doctor. more

I've been seeing Dr. Grouse for 9 years. I went through 2 pregnancies with her and had no problems getting appointments or felt rushed in the examination room. I love this office! Pros: Great Doctor, Nurse Practitioners and staff Cons: Occasional wait more

I have been seeing Dr Grouse for the past 4 years and have had nothing but a good experience. She takes time to listen to any questions or concerns I have and answers them in great detail. While I was pregnant I felt very confident with her as my doctor. As with any good Ob/gyn she is frequently called away to the hospital to deliver babies and to assist with emergency pregnancy complications. When this happens you see her nurse practitioner who works hand in hand with her so you do not have to reschedule routine visits to often. If you don't like to be kept waiting for gyn care then you should probably see a doctor who only does gyn and is not an ob. An Ob has no control over their schedule when the are delivering babies so you never know what is going to happen when you show up for your appointment. more

When I showed up for my originally scheduled appointment with Dr. Lisa Crane I was told, ""Oh, I'm sorry. No one called you? Dr. Crane couldn't make it in today, we need to reschedule."" When I showed up for my second appointment I waited for over 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time before I finally got in. Once I got in the exam room, I waited again for the doctor to come in. It was just a regular exam and I was told I'd get a postcard in the mail in a few weeks with the results of the exam. After several weeks I finally had to call for the results because the postcard was never mailed out. My previous doctors have always sent reminder postcards when it was time for my next appointment. It's now been over a year and my birth control just expired because it's time for another appointment, I haven't heard from them yet... more

If you are new patient, then you have no chances of meeting Dr. Grouse, who was recommended to me by my co-worker (mother of 3). Today was my 4th ( and last ) trying to meet Dr. Grouse at her Irvine office. Two out of 4 times my appointments were rescheduled over the phone. The other two times I waited for over an hour after my appointment time and then was told that Dr. Grouse had to leave and I need to reschedule. From my experience I would not recommend this office. Pros: experienced doctors Cons: that you can never meet more

I will avoid going here again if I can. I could not believe the amount of time I had to wait... TWO HOURS after my scheduled appointment, I finally was seen. Not only that, Dr. Azsterbaum was so rushed, that my annual pelvic exam and pap smear took three minutes, and that was it. I also went in with a UTI for which they sent the culture out to the lab and prescribed me the WRONG antibiotics. Of course when they called to tell me that the culture showed that the antibiotics that I'd been taking for a week were useless, I was livid. Pros: Nice and comfy waiting room.... good if you're there for TWO HOURS. Cons: You might have to wait a long time in that comfy waiting room. more

Normally, I have Dr. Strachan, who is polite and attentive, and my annual exams are not a chore - or even better, not even painful. (To have a pap smear that doesn't hurt is always a plus.) Five stars to her. \r \r Today, I had my exam with another member of the staff, and I was patronized and dismissed in a disturbingly offhand manner. I don't think I've ever had a medical professional *look down their nose* at me when I wasn't working behind a desk in a hospital. Utter FAIL, folks. \r \r I walked out with a monster of a tension headache for biting my tongue throughout the appointment to keep from saying something I would regret later. ZERO stars for that. \r I have gone to this office for the past few years but have decided to go else where. \r \r My doctor (Dr Hsu) was good but the office is horrible to deal with! I had to call 4 times to make an appointment because their computers were too slow or the person I needed was out. I was put into a dead end voicemail twice and never received a call back. When I finally did get my appt set they called and rescheduled last minute twice! The second time only giving me 30 minutes notice! \r \r I don't recommend this to anyone with a busy schedule, once you finally make it into the office they make you wait forever.\r more

I had several procedures including the birth of a child with Dr. Wells as my doctor. I find her to be compassionate, friendly and a true expert at what she does. I am thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor and wish she was my primary care doctor because I have 100% trust in her. Pros: Wonderful doctor who knows her stuff! Very up on modern medicine! more

I've seen Dr Wells there, and it was my worst experience. She was very cold, expeditive, I felt that she was seeing me just so she can bill my insurance. however the office is clean and nice, but I had to wait A LOT to be seen by the doctor. Pros: clean Cons: waiting time, quality of services more
