If you use there dock to launch your ski.hope you don't have any issues while in the area.If you happen to break down and your ski is sinking you lose your tether cord and have to kids with Asthma.Plan to swim yourself back with sinking waverunner and two kids having Asthma attacks. We used the docks on Aug 8,2007 with a dozen wave runner instructors and classes around us. Our wave runner exhaust slipped and the water was rushing in the ski. While instructor came over and said he couldn't help and said he would get a radio to help. He came in and told the office they were in distress. The staff did NOTHING. After swimming in and pulling the sinking ski.The kids were having an Asthma attack we had them laying on the ground while they used inhalers and drank water. When notified the staff office of the situation. They ignored the situation and took money from the other customers.Never offered 911 or help for the kids having the Asthma attacks and refused to assist in the situation. We then got the kids to calm down and the ski out of the water. When we spoke with the manager he asked if we feel better for venting to him. And said what would you want me to do about it? The conversations got heated and everyone was in an uproar how this business would not help two kids with a sinking ski in the bay not to mention the fact they were very cocky and not apologetic to us at all. They then called the cops on us when we were leaving the premises. The sittuation was escalade for no reason. A simple helping hand for an 16 year old and 10 year old in distress was all that we expected. With instructers in the area and other ski's to assist we can not fathom why we were baracaded by 5 cop cars. While the other customers looked on and the cops understood and took our side. The Dock Outfitters Staff still insinuated we were wrong and should have asked them to call 911.So as I see it they care ONLY about the money and not the safety or the customers or the people in the water with them
Pros: Cheep Dock to drop ski...
Cons: Don't expect help if you are in distress... Expect them to call the COPS!
