Dobbin Dental Suite: John Bowman, DDS

I find the review hard to believe because I have had 20 year relationship with Dr. Berne and his office and ever encountered anything like this. I met him when he came into his office for an emergency 20 years ago after hours. He has treated me, my family, my parents and my children's families and never a complaint from anyone. The office has been great,totally professional, and he has shown caring and excellence. Obviously, someone did have an axe to grind. Don't make Dr. Berne or his office a victim- their all great- and that can be said after many encounter, many years of experience with the practice and the many, many times they have proven their #1 to me, my family and my friends I have sent to them more

I have been going to Dobbin Dental for several years. It is a large practice, but they know how to do it right! They nearly always are on or close to schedule, and they spend as much time on the work as it takes to do the job well. My teeth have been cleaned by more than a half dozen different hygienists, all of whom were better than most with whom I have had experience over the past nearly 60 years that I have been going to dentists.\r \r I have had examinations and restorative work, including crowns, done by Drs. Satola and Palliota. All of my experiences have been positive.\r \r Issues regarding insurance are no more frequent than anywhere else I have been.\r \r I noticed that all the negative reviews that I read were posted anonymously and all the positive reviews were posted by people with names. I wonder how many of the negative anonymous reviews were from one person with an ax to grind.\r \r Keep up the good work, Dobbin. more

I was seen in Dobbin Dental for a toothache a few days ago. When I called the receptionist, I was scheduled right away; I was even offered evening hours which was great because I didn't need to take time off work. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The dentist I saw made me feel at ease, as I am a self professed "dental wimp." My problem was taken care same day, and the fees were quoted in the dental chair so I had an idea of how much my insurance covered for the crown. The practice is large, but that makes it all the better for seeing me quickly and relieving my pain. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend. more

Being new to the area and needing a checkup and cleaning, I found Dobbin Dental through my dental insurance. I was a little late to the appointment but the staff was very kind and ushered me in. The cleaning was swift, painless, and the staff was very professional. I whole heartedly recommend them. more

Both my husband and I go to Dobbin Dental Suite. They have about 5 dentists and what seems like 20 hygenists, so it is extremely easy to get an appointment. Plus, they are open until 9PM on certain weekday evenings! Also, they have an endodontist on staff. They have pictures of animals on the celings above the exam chairs. I guess it is supposed to be relaxing. Personally, I'd rather they had TV's. But oh well. more
