Arranged an appointment with Dub and asked if it would be okay to bring my 4 year old with me to the consultation since I didn't have daycare. The woman on the phone agreed that it would be okay. Upon arrival, I was treated rudely and told that my child was not allowed in the store. When I told them I had an appointment with Dub, they acted like he was too busy to talk to me. Then some guy came to the counter and asked me what I wanted. He seemed irritated that he had to talk to me..and it ended up being Dub!! We spoke(at the counter) for less than 2 minutes. At one point I had to tell my son to stay close to me and Dub was obviously irritated that I had to pause the conversation for 3 seconds. This is fairly rude treatment since I drove 30+ miles for my ""consultation"". If you want a friendly, helpful tattoo parlor for your first-time experience, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
