Diva Perfume

I shopped in Diva yesterday for the first time. Was looking for some classic clothes for work and like to have nice clothing. the women in the shop was the rudest sales associate I have ever dealt with in all my 50 years. I will Never set foot in Diva again and not recommend it to the many guests that ask my opinion at the high end resort I work at. Learn some customer service skills and get some manners!!!! more

I left this store feeling very uncomfortable, and gave it much thought before posting this review. It's unfortunate, because I believe in buying locally in order to support local merchants and small businesses. I know how much hard work it takes to make a living in this economy and frankly, I'm shocked at the awful customer service from the woman who runs this boutique. She is downright insulting. She informed me how she has spent hours with people in the past, trying to find perfume that suits them best, only to have them leave and make a purchase over the internet in order to save $10. I would have gladly paid retail price and supported her fine establishment if only she would have assisted me. We were the only two people in the store. I asked her several questions about some of the fragrances she carries, only to have her blow me off with an ""I don't know, it smells different on everyone."" REALLY? wow- I wish I would have retorted with a ""you think I could maybe smell your tester?"" But instead I thanked her for her time and left her store. Sadly, never to return- more

This store is amazing!!! They had an extensive selection of unique European perfume!! Clothes are extremely adorable, very appropriate for every age. Service was wonderful! They were extremely personable and spent a lot of time with me. I traveled all the way from San Jose, and I will be returning there soon to see what new clothes they have for Spring! Everyone who loves perfume and clothes MUST visit this store! Absolute GEM!! Pros: personal service Cons: perfect more

Unfriendly service. Nice selection of fragrances but overpriced. Clothes are tasteful and expensive. Improve customer service. more
