Dirt Free Carpet Cleaning

140 to clean 3 rooms 119 to clean one. I only have one room of carpet. I make my appointment. 10 to 1 and they will call at least an hour an half before they are on their way. At noon I do not have a call and they Re not there yet so I call. 30 minutes later they call back and tell me they are running behind and it will be an hour before they get here. Once they got her they came in like the Hoover people. They needed to show me how it worked. Come to find out he needed to size me up to sell more stuff. Remember I have one room with carpet for 119. You don't think you could decide you we're already making enough and stop with the sells speech? They said they could treat for pets for 40 a room. So now we are at 159 for one room 15x17. This is crazy money. I tell him no. Then my husband gets on the phone and the sales guy throws it in. It takes him 20 minutes to clean it and then he tells me it is 137.00. Where did all that extra come from? Well there is tax and a fuel charge.... Again should have been told about these hidden fees. So lets get to the cleaning part. I thought it was suppose to be dry... No. Not only is it wet all my tile is wet too. They guy didn't even clean up his mess. I'm very disappointed as my carpet doesn't look any different. It also doesn't smell clean. more

Dude! What the heck are you doing showing up for a 2+ hour cleaning job in a very densely populated neighborhood at 6pm on a week night and cranking up your jet engine sized and equally as loud vacuum machine in your service truck???\r \r You have a complete normal work day, 8am to 5pm, to manage your clients requests for your service. When you demonstrate your complete lack of consideration for every neighbor within a 1/4 mile radius during their dinner and evening time, then you will continue to get this type of feedback. \r \r My recommendation to anyone considering this service company is, if you use them and they show up at dinner time, beware of your angry neighbors who will consider you as much of the problem as is this company. more

all of these seem to be completely fabricated...it seems odd to me that for some reason all of the ""proponents"" of dirt free have joined city search to say one thing and one thing only...that dirtfree is great....\r Now, I personally have only one at this time as well. However a realistic aspect follows....\r I have only ever once in my life encountered such crap grammatical typing errors that include double commas, and that was from mr. aubrey from dirt free....what does that tell you about ol' Lori T....Raised my eyebrows and brought a smirk to my face for sure...\r If you would like to pay a substantial amount of money for a service that leaves you having to clean up just as much if not more after the service that was to be performed then yes...go with dirt free....\r If you would like to have an actual cleaner environment than what you have...I highly recommend you take the time and effort to accomplish this yourself, as this place will leave you there anyway, minus several hundred... more

Between a dog and a toddler, my carpet is usually destroyed. I have used this service twice and am extremely pleased. They are consistently professional, punctual, polite, and the work is high-quality. It is absolutely amazing how well they clean my carpets in such little time. \r \r The prices are a bit higher than some other companies, but the result is worth it & I would pay a bit more if I were you. I just got my carpets cleaned today & actually screamed when I walked in. Beautiful job & I could NOT recommend their services more highly. more

I just wanted to thank you guys so much for helping me out last week. Stephen came over to my place to do a cleaning, and said that he couldn't do it since the carpet was still wet. He spoke with the original company that did the water extraction, and he and the owner of Dirt-Free convinced the other company to come back and finish the job. The other company came back, removed the wet padding, replaced with new padding, and cleaned the carpets at no extra charge. Even though Dirt-Free didn't get the business, they were honest enough to do the right thing. I am telling all my friends and family about my positive experience with your company. I also didn't know you did water extraction, otherwise I would have gotten you to do the job in the first place. more

My first time using this company today and i must say was a little nervous reading some of the bad reviews. Paul and Brandon were the guys who came out they looked like they should play for the texans but made me feel very relaxed i showed them what i wanted done and they did the rest!!!!! My carpet was in really bad shape not cleaned in a while and had some cat accidents.They first tested a really bad spot and showed me what it would turn out like.They go far beyond explaining every detail of what they do and what is getting done to your home.Ultimately my carpet looks new again and no more foul potty odor.This company was awesome would recommend to any one!!!!!!!!!! thank you Dirt Free more

They did an awesome job on my carpet. Could not have asked for better deal. They had a special so I booked with them. Came VERY clean, were on time, and didnt rip me off like has happended a million other times with other carpet cleaners. STICK TO DIRT FREE. Would highly recommend. more

Dirt Free carpet cleaned my house today(1/19/12) and the service was great. I told the tech that he did a great job, and he asked me to post a review. Dustin was my tech. He was well groomed and very knowledgeable of the company's services. I orginally booked for carpet only. I didn't know that they provided other services. He asked to test my tile to show me how well it would clean up. Boy was I surprised! My tile looked like brand new. He even gave me a discount for that additional service. I will recommend this tech and this company to everyone. I intend on becoming a repeat customer more

I hosted a party at my house for New Years. I have beige carpet throughout my house. My grandchildren spilled red juice and left food stains in my living room over the holidays. I hadn't noticed how dirty my carpet was until I began cleaning for the party--the day before! My daughter suggested I call Dirt Free for an appointment. I didnt think I would be able to with such short notice. To my surprise, I called Dirt Free and they came out the same day! The carpet cleaner was very good. Not only did he remove the juice stains, he also sold me some cleaner for future spills. I was concerned about the carpet not being dry before my party. The cleaning guy reassured me that with the Speed Dry(which was free with the special) would have my carpet dry in about 2-4 hours. Needless to say, the carpet was dry, my party was a success, and I brought the new year in with clean carpet. Dirt Free really saved the day for me. I will definitely use them again. more
