Direct Connection

I went in for a repair, Not only did I have to call to all the time to get updates and see how it was going, like the other guy I also got the run around. Will the owner, convinced me to buy a "Asus" computer and his son backed him up then they lied to what it could do. They said it could run "MAC" software, they mislead me they flat out lied, and/or don't even know truly what they can do. I foolishly signed on the dotted line. Next day I called, (less than 17 hours later) tried to cancel the order and was told by Will, (the owner) "NOPE TO LATE" , "ALL SALES FINAL". Since that day I called An "Asus" representative who told me they can't run "MAC". Too late for me, I've been fighting for over 6 months with their continual LIES and still out my $$, and Not even a computer in hand. Obviously no call backs or communications, Nothing. NEVER go their unless you like to give your MONEY for nothing... Liars and thieves! Because of this, I would also Never buy an "Asus" computer ever, because they do all they can to distance themselves from, You and I, and leave it in the hands of "Thieves" like these!!! NEVER EVER GO!!! RIP-OFFS!!! Check with the Business Bureau. They give small business a bad name! Pros: Not in my town Cons: They lie and Steal more

I called aroubd town for virus repair on my pc. They gave me the lowest quote. When I dropped off my computer I was told 24-48 hours. TWO WEEKS later I am still waiting. Every day that I call I am told it will be done tomorrow. Just got the computer back and they did not install all of components right. Took it back on Friday they said it would be done Monday for sure. When I called Monday they said they didn't fix it yet, but tomorrow will be the day, sounds familiar!!! Hopefully I won't have to wait another two weeks. Pros: $$ cheap Cons: terrible customer service, very very very slowwwww. Always giving you the run around. more
