About 2 years ago my at the time boyfriend asked me to look at engagement rings so he would have an idea what kind of ring I like. After searching tons of websites and looking at millions of rings, I ran into dimend SCAASI. Their rings were so unique and gorgeous, they weren't typical like all the other generic stores out there. I fell in love with one ring in particular and no other ring even remotely compared to this one, it was the Sweet Delight. I knew it was the ring and I knew I had to have it. I told my boyfriend it was the one I wanted, it was my dream ring. Well, about a week ago my now fiancee proposed, it was the ring I had wanted, I was so excited I couldn't believe it. It was so much more gorgeous and perfect than I had ever imagined. The way it sparkled was just amazing, it sparkled more than anything I could imagine. A picture doesn't do it justice. I can't even describe how beautiful the ring is and how ecstatic I was and still am about the ring. I can't keep my eyes off the ring. The only problem was the ring was 1 size too big. Every jeweler in Tucson refused to touch the ring saying it was impossible to resize. So, I contacted Shannon at dimend SCAASI, this is the person who helped my finacee purchase the ring, and I told her how the ring was too big. After writing her an email she got back to me within minutes. She walked me through the steps that we could take to resize the ring ensuring me everything would be ok and that if I sent the ring back she would speak to the manufacturer to see if he could resize it, if not they would just add sizing beads. She ensured me that the sizing beads wouldn't look bad at all. So, I shipped the ring back to them overnight and as soon as they received the ring I received an email from Shannon that they received the ring. Within less than an hour of receiving the ring she wrote me and told me the manufactured could indeed resize my ring and that this was the best way to go. Shannon was so nice and so supportive and she answers any question you might have very quickly. I have never experienced such amazing customer service, I found it to be unbelievable. My fiancee said when he was purchasing the ring, one day Shannon was in jury duty and that she responded to his question and needs within 5 minutes of writing her. I can't begin to describe how amazing Shannon is. She makes everything so easy to deal with. She wrote me as soon as they were done with my ring letting me know everything went great and that the ring looked amazing and they were going to ship my ring out that day. I live in Arizona and I sent my ring out Tuesday and received it back Friday the same week. I couldn't believe the fast service. All my friends couldn't believe I got my ring back so quickly. They overnighted the ring to me. I love dimend SCAASI and I will surely recommend it to all my friends and anyone else out there. They are surely amazing and unique. Their products are of great quality and pictures don't do their rings justice. As for the customer service, it's better than you could ever imagine. If you need anything or have any questions they respond to you quickly. I want to thank Shannon and Isaac for my perfect engagement ring and for helping my fiancee out with everything he needed. My search for the ?perfect ring? ended when I purchased a Gelin Abaci TR-145 setting from Dimend Scaasi. I contacted DS about several different Gelin settings (some that were shown on their website and some that were not) and Shannon responded within an hour answering any of my questions, quoted me prices, gave me pros and cons about each style, and even took pictures of the different rings on her hand and emailed them to me so that I could get a better idea of how the ring would look (that was especially helpful because tension rings can look a lot different on a finger than they do loose). On December 31st when I told her that I was going to purchase the setting within a few days, after discussing with her boss Isaac, they offered me a New Year?s discount which sealed the deal for me. Then after I bought it Shannon arranged with Gelin to expedite the setting (at no extra charge) so that I had plenty of time to get the ring checked out before I gave it to my now fianc?. I wasn?t even charged anything for the overnight shipping/insurance (which couldn?t have been cheap). Dimend Scaasi?s customer service is first class and the quality of their jewelry is exceptional. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with DS and recommend them to everyone. My fianc? absolutely loves the ring so I want to say thanks to Shannon and Isaac for their dedication in making the engagement perfect. more

Isaac thoroughly explained the 4C's and showed me diamonds of various grades to ensure that I was an educated buyer. After reading all of the good reviews, I walked into Dimend Scaasi to look for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Isaac took the time to educate me on diamonds, and spent a lot of effort to compare and contrast different sizes, grades, etc., then asked me to choose the one I liked best. At every turn he tried to demonstrate that buying the most expensive diamond might not be the best decision, and I was surprised and pleased by that. I have nothing but praise for Dimend Scassi. I, like most guys, felt a little overwhelmed when I first started shopping for rings. After a few store visits, I finally called my brother to see who he used when he got engaged. That's when I got hooked up with DS and Alexa. During my first appointment with her, she took me through diamonds 101. After which I finally found a setting that I liked. But since I wanted it to be a surprise engagement, I wanted to get my fiance's best friend's opinion. Alexa was able to setup an appointment with my fiance's BFF (who lived in a different state) and showed her a live video feed over the internet while talking to her on the phone about the different rings. I went to Dimend Scaasi because of the number of great reviews they received, and couldn't be happier with the decision to select them as my jeweler. I met with Shannon, who was great to work with. On my first visit she spent over two hours with me and even stayed after closing to show me a countless number of loose diamond samples so that I could see the differences in the grades of the 4 C's. I appreciated the depth she went into explaining ideal cut diamond proportions and what really makes a diamond sparkle. Also, Dimend Scaasi's Innerview technology is genius; a magnified view of a diamond is put on a monitor and you can compare the inclusions to the GIA certificate. She genuinely cared about educating me and having me leave their store more knowledgeable in my search to find the perfect diamond. I never felt obligated to buy anything. After that first visit, I felt I had found the right jeweler, but in an effort to be diligent, I visited 2 other jewelers and looked online at other big name sellers as well. Looking for jewelers all over Chicago and even Boston, Isaac was the one who would sit with you patiently, listen to what you are looking for and what your budget is, and then try to find you something. He never pushes you to buy something from him or go over your budget. Unlike many other jewelers (who just want your money in return for as little as possible). He understood that this was a two-sided business: that we wanted to make the best and the most out of our money and he wanted to make a profit out of us. He's very good at knowing his customers. I am very picky and specific about what I want. I had an exact image and details of the ring I wanted. He helped us find a diamond with all the characteristics we were looking for within our budget. As for the setting, I told him what i had in mind and he had it designed and sent me a CAD image of it. Within two days, we exchanged over 10 emails with me asking for changes to the image and he sending me the updated image. In two days, I received a CAD image of the exact ring I had in mind to the finest details and a week later, I had the ring itself!!! They are very prompt and responsible in answering your emails, phone calls; very patient with all your questions and concerns; and very respectful of your budget constraints and pickiness. My husband and i were referred by a family friend because i was just blown away by the beauty of her ring. I wanted something unique and had my vision set on a princess cut tension ring. My now hubby and I met with Alexia and she spent all morning with us bringing in settings that she thought would fit my modern style. She was patient and explained the differences in the 4 C's (which my husband was clueless on at the time) When I had thought I was a princess cut girl all the way, she surprised me by showing me an Asher cut stone. I instantly fell in love with the cut and showed us different types of diamond (colors and clarity) in the asher cut that were within my husband's price range. With the 20+ rings I fell in love with, we were able to narrow it down to two settings when we left which were both perfect. My husband was able to work with Alexia to get one of my favorites down to our price range by playing with 3 of the 4 c's and was stunned by how beautiful it was when I got to experience it during the proposal. They have always been quick to answer questions and I know my husband cannot say enough good things about his experience as well. I get complements ALL the time on my ring and how unique it is (exactly what i wanted). I recommend them to everyone that compliments my ring as well as friends. I will continue to do so as more and more of them start thinking about getting engaged. I bought my fiance's engagement ring here. I had a great experience. We went to a few jewelers on Jewelers' Row, and had the best experience at Dimend Scaasi. The stone we bought was really one of a kind, and my fiance is always told how beautiful her ring is. Prices are fairly competitive and they have very unique settings. Most of all the customer service is outstanding, we enjoyed working with the salespeople. They were neither pushy nor aggressive about buying the ring. Shannon was especially helpful. While searching the dimend SCAASI website for a ring I found one close to one that I was looking for, but not what my wife wanted for her ""push present"". I dropped them a note by hitting a link on the search page and asked if the ring could be customized. I got an answer from the dimend team in less than 20mins and we had the order situated right after! The ring quality is better than what you would receive from Tiffany and the pricing is much cheaper. I would definitely recommend and purchase from dimend SCAASI again! I cannot say enough good things about Dimend Scaasi. I worked with Marta and she was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I wanted while staying within the budget i had established. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process and met with me a couple of times in order to make sure I got the perfect diamond. This place is a real gem (pardon the pun). Seriously, if you need to buy jewelry in Chicago definitely do yourself a favor and stop by Dimend Scaasi.
