I was extremely nervous about getting braces, particularly been an adult. However, after meeting with Dr. Starr, Dr. Dickens and the staff at Starr Orthodontics my mind was put at ease. They have all made it a far more enjoyable experience than I ever thought it could be. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontics, no matter what your age. more

I love Starr orthodontics because as soon as I enter their building I enter an atmosphere that friendly, professional, fun, and completely suited for my age group. They always very thoroughly explain my treatments so that I actually have fun watching my teeth move in the mirror every morning! While I receive my treatments, there is music playing that I enjoy and TV shows that I like to watch. They have created the perfect atmosphere for me so that I look forward to my appointments! All of the staff are completely relatable and I enjoy my conversations with them. They remember my likes and dislikes, and I can always feel comfortable sharing my concerns with them. Thank you, Starr Ortho for making my experience with braces a good one! PS: My little brothers enjoy coming to my appointments, too because there is plenty for them to do like play video games and watch movies while they wait. more

Outstanding Customer Service and Bedside manner!! 10/28/2010

My experience with Dr. Starr's office has been very positive. The administrative staff is very friendly and helpful. The professional staff always takes time to answer our questions and address our concerns, and they all have a great way of interacting with my daughter. When my older daughter, who has never been a patient of this practice, allowed the dog to "get" her retainer, we had to have another one made asap! I was worried because she had her treatment done in a different city and I didn't know how long it would take to get her a new one. Dr. Starr's office got her in the very next day and they made her new retainer while we waited!! If you are in the market for an orthodontist, at least have Dr. Starr do a consultation (I think they are free) and check out the office, staff, etc. I think you'll end up a client there! more

It's so great that I can come in as one of the last appointments of the day and get the same service and attention that I get when my appointments are in the earlier parts of the day. Your office is the only place that I can come to without picking between staff,days, times, etc. to avoid an unpleasant visit. With your staff, I simply pick a time thats best for me and I know it will be a pleasant one. Thank you for your wonderful work ethic and commitment to your patients! more

Dr. Starr's office was incredible! They made what could be a very miserable experience...wonderful! They were all very professional and informative. The staff really gets to know each patient on an individual level. I felt like I was part of the family everytime I went in for a check-up! I am VERY pleased with my new smile :) more
