Great and Helpful service 3/8/2012

Joel Rodriguez offered outstanding knowledge and help on needs of the vehicle. I recently purchased the car, and he had the service department evaluate if there were any recall or repair recommendations for the 2007 model. He was diligent in searching and getting resources for special requests I made. He communicated regularly until my needs for the car were met. more

Honest mechanics do exist! 2/8/2012

I came back here with my Venza to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I was not aware that both were included in the service agreement! I just had to give thanks to the service department for still doing a great job, even though it did not cost me a dime! more

The service department of Dick Poe is a made up of class act, wonderful people, polite to nth degree and honest. I just cannot say enough good things about the service department. I am equally impressed with the parts department, very honest and willing to help customers find the right parts with correct and good advice to go with it! more

Deceptive Business Practices 10/28/2011

This place sure has a lot of five star ratings, more than every dealer in the area combined. I think their internet manager and sales people are posting fake reviews to cover up the terrible reviews. Make sure to read ALL the reviews and you'll see what I mean. I came here to write about how terrible they treated my wife in the service department, I don't know why so many people would come here to write such glowing reviews, no one does it for any other dealer, or their hairstylist for that matter. Deception as a way of business is a bad sign for a dealer. This place has a LOT of bad reviews. more
