Diamonds Chicago was great to work with! I went with my fiancé and worked with Fahmina. She was pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and taught us what goes into a diamond. We then went over price point and what I really wanted out of the diamond. She showed us several diamonds and was very patient. She gave us her honest feedback and did not push us to buy. It was a great experience! more

Diamonds Chicago was great to work with! I went with my fianc? and worked with Fahmina. She was pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and taught us what goes into a diamond. We then went over price point and what I really wanted out of the diamond. She showed us several diamonds and was very patient. She gave us her honest feedback and did not push us to buy. It was a great experience! more

I purchased an engagement ring at Diamonds Chicago last December and had a great experience. It is not at all what I anticipated when I set out. Carlee, Famina, and Alice are very down to earth and nice while also extremely knowledgeable. I did not feel like I was being ?sold? at all and they gave me information that other jewelers don?t typically offer about the diamond buying process. I felt like I could stay as long as I wanted, asking as many questions as I liked . . . in fact I did . . . I was there for multiple hours and they answered every question that I could come up with. I went to a couple of other places but quickly felt confident that Diamonds Chicago was the best. When I purchased the ring there I felt like I got a great deal on a beautiful ring and I feel the exact same way a year later. My fianc? and I are going back there for our wedding bands. more

Best prices, most helpful. 10/1/2010

Diamonds Chicago is definitely a winner. I did a lot of research leading up to our engagement ring purchase, in retail stores, specialty jewelry stores, and online. Everything I saw in stores was sub-par and expensive, and shop workers rarely sounded like they knew what they were talking about. At Diamonds Chicago, my consultant was Fahmina, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She worked with us and with our budget to create something amazing. She was careful to point out the pluses and minuses of every diamond, and didn't try to hide anything about the quality. My only suggestions would be to make sure you schedule on a day you have nothing else to do. I squeezed it in before I was scheduled to work, and the consultant was a bit late, so I was a bit worried about making it to work. Plus, they know so much, and want to make sure you know it all, too, before you make your purchase, so appointments can take quite some time. We were able to take my ring home that day, which was wonderful as well. I'm thrilled with my ring, and our experience with Fahmina, and we'll definitely be going back for our wedding bands. more

Carlee and her staff at Diamonds Chicago are fantastic to work with. Buying an engagement ring is a very frightening and stressful ordeal. HOWEVER, I was very comfortable and relaxed while working with Carlee. I didn't feel rushed along like I was another a-hole customer at some of those big-box-used-car-salesman jewelry stores. She takes her time and explains everything in detail. She will show you a bunch of stones so you can see the difference between different price-points. Buying a ring can be overwhelming, but again, you don't get that feeling at Diamonds-Chicago. There are a ton of places you can go on Jewelers Row, BUT I would highly recommend Carlee and her staff. They are very professional, educational, comfortable, and great price points!!! I got the diamond and setting that my fiance LOVED! I will be back to get future pieces from them for birthdays and holidays. Forget 'Jared'... The commercials should say, 'He went to Carlee!' more

Amazing Jewelry and Staff! 9/23/2010

This place is the best. I have gone with a lot of guy friends to pick rings for their future wives and then my fiancee bought my ring from this shop. We ended up buying our wedding bands here because, out of all the shops I have been to over the years, this one is the best. The selection here is great, the staff is amazing - they treat their customers the way they should be treated - the customer comes first. The staff is friendly but not pushy and they are very helpful and patient! This is the jeweler we will be using exclusively for the future! more

I knew choosing an engagement ring was going to be difficult since my fiance didn't give me any type of style she liked, so I had no idea what kind of ring she wanted so I was going in blind. I was very nervous on how to begin choosing a ring, but Carly made me feel very comfortable to ask as many questions as I needed so with her extensive knowledge in diamonds, she helped me choose something unique and well within my budget. Carly from Diamonds Chicago is very knowledgable and helpful. Alice has amazing eye for lovely bands. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and it was amazing. We are purchasing our bands here. I am planning to upgrade my ring's center stone here at Diamonds Chicago because the staff has great customer service, they are knowledgable and Carly is great with customers. She doesnt pressure you, push you toward an expensive diamond out of your budget but gets you the best diamond that fits within your means. Truly happy with this place. I will recommended anyone who is looking for engagement rings, bands, or other diamond jewelery to come here. more
