I had my bathroom tiled by Diamond Interiors a 2 months ago. About 4 weeks after the install one of the tiles cracked. Since it was only a few weeks old I called and spoke with Jill. I have extra tiles on hand and she said the installer would try to coordinate a trip by to fix the one tile after a job. That was four weeks ago. Since then they wont take my calls or return my messages. Every time I call they say they are not in and they will call back. Have left 6 messages with Jill, Tracy, and everyone else there.
It's a shame because I have had 4 previous jobs done by them and would have recommenced them before this. They are a little more expensive than others but I liked them because they are in Diamond Bar and I try to support our merchants.
I just tried to call them again today (7th time) and got the same message. You have to deal with Jill, she is not hear, she will have to call you back. Frustrated I found this site and am posting a review of my experience.
Pros: Quality work, finishes on time
Cons: More expensive than others, will not stand behind their work, poor customer service
