DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I took a Certified Rolex that I received as a gift to get the band adjusted and they swapped it out for a fake. I confronted the owner and he of course denied it. Unfortunately I didn't bother to look closely when he suspiciously put it on my wrist hiding the back. I had it in my safe from that day until I wore it last Friday. It literally fell off my wrist when the pin to the band fell out. It was then that I discovered they pulled a fast one on me. I have filed a police report and in the process of staging a protest in front of the store. You would be crazy to let anything you own out of your sight in there
