Once I finally sorted out getting the appointment by playing a few weeks of phone tag, I must say that the office staff is kind, and Dr. Roudebush is amazing. He's willing to listen, tries all sorts of methodology to help you, and is interested in hearing your ideas when it comes to your treatment. Not something you find much anymore in today's HMO world.
