If you make an appointment and get there on time, you're still going to wait, sometimes as much as an hour. Most of the people who work in the office are not polite, can actually be downright rude, and are not very smart sometimes. Dr Leaming is smart, though, but doesn't spend very much time with you in comparison to the time spent waiting. But is nice that you can fax your numbers to her and she can tell you over the phone how to change your insulin doses.
