great store 11/18/2010

this store is great!!! they have or can get most anything you are looking for. I have been to the other feed stores around the area and they are fine but DeYoung's is the far superior feed store. I went in looking for a specific dog food they did not stock it but they got it for me and set up an ordering schedule so I always have my dog food. more

Small Town Feel You Can't Go Wrong 3/1/2009

These guys know just about anything. I go in and ask a question,from differences of dog food brands to how to house a peacock. Friendliness and small town feeling are there. They are helpful, and when you have the same employees for over 15 or more years, that says something. more

There's someplace better 1/20/2009

If you're looking for the best price on pet foods, DeYoung's, is not it. I would suggest you try Bothell Feed Center off of Bothell-Everett Highway near Fred Meyer. They generally carry the same brands and are a little bit cheaper. Plus, the staff is nicer. more

GREAT FARM STORE! 11/16/2008

Good: You are getting excellent value for your money here. They have concrete floors, not carpet...but I drive from Bellevue to get a good price on excellent products.. Bad: I was disappointed to see such mediocre reviews when I stumbled onto this site looking for their hours today. These family stores deserve to be preserved by people who care about quality over "hype".. more

Lots of Interesting Stuff Here 3/18/2006

This is an interesting little place to walk into, even if you don't own a horse... I really thought it was more of a feed supply type of store for a long time, so I didn't bother, but they have some great gardening gear, etc. In particular, surprise, check out the rainboots for children. They are adorable and a decent price also. In addition, as far as the locale goes, they have the biggest supply of dog houses in the area. It has been impossible hunting one down, but they have several at DeYoung's. Also a place to get shots and stuff for your pet, if you're up to doing that yourself. Bottom line, gotta go through at least once to see what's there. more

cheap price on fertilizers and other garden products 8/16/2005

This place is right next to Molbak in Woodinville. The fertilizers and soil amendments it carries are much cheaper than those sold in Molbak (when you are not using a EClub coupon). For example, a 50 pound kelp powder sells for only $33. The Kellogg brand soil conditioner is also cheaper here. When I purchase plants in Molbak I often tend to stock up some fertilizers in this place. more
