Highly recommended 11/19/2011

I have head colon hydrotherapy many times at many different places. Never had experience of such quality, then my appointment with Angelica. You walk to the treatment room and you feel like you are in an upscale spa. The ambiance and soothing music creates very relaxing atmosphere. Angelica has very gentle but experienced hands massaging the areas that need help with releasing the toxins from the colon. This was the most pleasant experience of any colonics I had ever have. I am looking forward to my next one. more

Gentle and Experienced 11/8/2011

When I met Angelica I knew right away that I made the right choice as her knowledge and 10+ years experience as a Colon/Hydrotherapist was very apparent. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing to put me more at ease. I have had colonics before and highly recommend Angelica not only because of her knowledge of what she was doing, but her presence and the calmness that she exuded was very appealing. You can tell that she really cares about helping humanity. I am very grateful for people like her. Beautiful office as well. A++ more

so warm and caring 11/1/2011

I had been wanting to have a colonic done for years because of suffering with stomach problems, but too nervous to make the call. So glad i finally did! I was doing a cleanse and not feeling so well and Angelica got me in right away. She has a very calming nature and explained everything. I felt at ease right away and it helped my stomach tremendously! Truly a great first experience. I would definitely recommend Detox for life! more

I recently became very ill with an autoimmune disease that's side effect is extreme constipation. I was an extreme amount of discomfort and was almost frantic to have some relief. I called and explained my situation - and I was lucky enough to get in that day. I had never had a colonic before and was extremely nervous. The set up made me feel very relaxed like I was having a day at the spa. My hyrdotherapist was kind and explained everything she was doing and why. I felt completely at ease. I couldn't believe how much better I felt after the procedure. I immediately saw an increase in energy and no longer felt the flu like symptoms I had been feeling. I made my appointment for 2 weeks later (which is today!) I'm excited to see how much better I feel after a 2nd session! more

I have had colonics in the past and recently purchased a groupon for Detox for life. Before purchasing the groupon I did a little research and checked some of the reviews and decided detox for life a try. I can say that i was definitely pleased and can not think of anything negative to say. The atmosphere was very relaxing and professional so i felt at ease quickly and the hyrdotherapist was very professional and had a warm and kind personality. She was very relatable and knew what she was doing. I experience constipation and bloating regularly and she helped relieve these symptoms and also gave me advice on what i could do to help eliminate these issues. Overall I had a great experience in all aspects: environment, professionalism, knowledge, colon hydrotheraphy procedure, everything. I would definitely recommend Detox For Life to others. more

A Must for Candida Sufferers 10/11/2011

After having problems with constipation and gas for years along with other symptoms, I started a candida elimination diet to see if that was the problem. I read that colonics were recommended to help get rid of the candida, so I jumped on the Detox for Life Groupon when I saw it. I can't tell you how happy I am that I did! I was nervous going in but Angelica put me completely at ease. Not only that, she knew all about candida and was able to confirm that it was indeed what was causing many of my problems. On top of that, she gave me MUCH-needed advice for dealing with the die-off symptoms that had been almost unbearable for me up until that point. My only regret is that I didn't come to see her sooner! more

Great help for Gastroparsis 10/7/2011

I struggle with long term Gastroparesis from Type I Diabetes. My doctor had suggested trying colonics. I was nervous and apprehensive because I had never experienced one before. Angelica put me at ease from the first phone call. I was very comfortable and confidant with the environment and Angelica's skill. Gastroparesis is very difficult to manage and live with. I felt relief for the first time and will be returning on a regular basis. more

I have been to many places for Colon Hydrotherapy, and Detox For Life is by far the best place I have ever been. Angelica is a very sincere and knowledgeable hydro therapist. She brings years of experience and helps to explain everything that is happening as it is. The environment is very peaceful and cozy. Every time I leave her office I feel great and my body appreciates that I just flushed out a ton of toxins. I have been to see her for two visits so far, and I plan on returning next week. She has found herself a Lifer :) more

Detox For Life Best Colon Hydrotheraphy 9/29/2011

I have been to Angelica for colon hydrotheraphy treatments for about 3 years now. I remember how nervous I was the first time I went after seeing a show about the treatment and how much it can solve digestion issues. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything step by step referencing a chart of our entire digestive system on the wall so you could see how our body works (or why it doesn't). The environment is very zen and peaceful, making the process itself completely comfortable. I can't believe how great I feel after I see her and she's also taught me a lot about nutrition and how to stay healthy. I highly recommend Angelica for any of her services, she is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! more

I highly recommend Detox for Life to anyone considering getting a colonic. Angelica is not only a knowledgeable professional at this, she's caring and compassionate too. Even knowing the great benefits this procedure has, it can still be intimidating to think of how it all works and what goes on during it, but at Detox for Life you feel at ease as soon as you walk thru the door. They have everything you need to make it a better experience, including a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. I had great results in my 2 visits, and plan on coming back for more as needed. Amazing results first visit. 9/21/2011

The moment I stepped into Detox for Life I was at ease. It brought me serenity being in the Quiet Center. Angelica is so knowledgeable and caring that I was able to have amazing results on my first visit since I was able to relax and let go and allow this wonderful process to work. I am currently on the HCG diet and my weight loss this morning was much higher than it has been on a daily basis. I wanted to wait until this morning to write this review because I felt so amazing and elated yesterday afternoon, after my session, that it seemed too good to be true. Well this morning, I feel even better! Thank you so much Angelica for this experience. You truly are an angel. back to normal in 3 visits 9/20/2011

Angelica is so knowledgeable in the field of colonics. For 3 months I was on laxatives and with her colonic therapy and colon cleansing my system got back to normal. I will definitely go back, should I have any further problems. I tried diet first but my system was so stopped up that nothing worked. It is amazing to me that simply cleaning and hydrating can solve the problem. I am definitely a convert. Thanks so much, Angelica! more

3 blockages removed in 5 visits 8/5/2011

I highly recommend Detox For Life as Angelica has had spent many years as an RN prior to her experience at administering Colonics. I feel very comforable with her as there are many in the "Modern Medicine" realm that would use scare tactics to prevent people from getting the help that they need in a more natural way. I went to a Gastroenterologist about10 months ago who's best offer for help was to give me medicine that causes my colon to contract. Now that I have gone to Angelica, I have been helped immensly due to the fact that three blockages have been removed due to her knowledge/technique. I highly recommend that you go to Detox For life if you are constipated and/or suspect that you may have a blockage. more

Let’s face it, colonic detox is a procedure that can leave you feeling embarrassed and modest, and all that is understandable. However at DETOX FOR LIFE, they are nothing but professional, as well as helpful and knowledgeable. Angelica never once made me feel uncomfortable; she was patient and very understanding. A Safe, Nurturing Environment 4/11/2011

I'd gotten a series of colonics once before at a spa, and had a decent experience, but now that I've tried Detox for Life, I'll never wander! Getting a colonic can be intimidating and a little scary, especially if they are new to you. You feel vulnerable and a bit awkward. That's why it's so important to go somewhere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the facility being clean and welcoming, Angelica and Val are wonderful people who are a pleasure to talk to. They're full of advice for enhanced digestion and nutrition and offer it readily. I look forward to my colonics not only because I know I'll feel lighter and healthier afterwards, but because both Angelica and Val are such knowledgeable and nurturing people. They are both very skilled hydrotherapists and always know what to do to make your session more effective, whether it be massaging your abdomen or feet or advising you what to eat and drink between colonics to make the next one even better. They really get to know you as a whole person so that they can more effectively treat you. I recommended it to my mom and she had a great experience as well! more

Great Experience 4/5/2011

I had a really great experience when I went to this place. Today was the first time I have ever received a colonic. When I went there I felt totally comfortable. I felt very informed as to what was to take place. She also gave me tips regarding my eating habits and nutrition. I was going to go to another business that was closer to my house but when I called she said she will match the competitor's price for my first appoinment. She did just that. I would highly recommend this place! more
