The owner Bill Drenowatz has really done a horrible job. The job was never finished and there are several items that need repair. The biggest problem is our refrigerator that damaged during the install. Bill had promised to order a new door panel to replace the damaged one, and several months later has still not done so. He stated that he would take care of this but has not, and recently he told me that he will not.
The walls were all marked up and glue was EVERYWHERE. Every door k nob, wall, etc. had glue on it. We are in the process of taking Designs in Flooring to court but after checking Bills record on the internet, it looks like he has been there several times.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: ride, not very thurough
