Excellent Doctor 4/25/2009

I owe my life and the health of my 3 children to Dr. Penny. He is the only doctor I've seen in the 18 years I've been diagnosed with bipolar that has consistently been effective at helping me be the healthiest I've ever been. Pros: very knowledgable about new meds/combos more

Let's be honest 9/26/2007

It is very easy to find a negative experience with a doctor or any other business. Pros: Small office; Quick response when needed. Cons: As with any doctors office...potential wait time. more

Not Worth the Wait 9/4/2007

I have had to wait almost an hour for almost every appointment. I found the receptionist rude and the doctor condescending. There are too many good doctors out there who don't make patients wait. I will not be returning. more

dr sues over missed appointments 8/23/2007

Dr. Penny sued me for 2 missed appointment plus fees while i was pregnant. He added attny's fees, interest, and court fees. The total was over $700.00. Also, he dropped me as a patient and would not tell me if it was safe for me to continue my medication while i was pregnant. I was actually told by the woman at his front desk, ""Well, it really doesn't matter now if its safe or not, since you have been taking it this far into your pregnancy, does it?"" (I was about 5 months). Cons: very rude office staff. Dr. is not ethical, in my opinion. more
