I will never return to the Denver Spoke. I typically find bike shop employees to be incredibly friendly and eager to help. Not so at The Denver Spoke. There was no other shoppers in the store and I still couldn't get anyone to help me. It seemed like I was putting them out. \r To be fair, the guy at the service department was nice. I have been doing business with ""The Spoke"" for a number of years. I have been riding and racing mountain and road at elite levels ever since I became involved with this shop, they have been very supportive and get me taken care of immediately when I need it! The guys know what products work and what are wastes of time and money. All the sales people and mechanics seem to ride so they have very helpful experiences to share. Make sure you pet all the dogs! Pros: High end stuff. They do fitting at no charge. Cons: May need to order some items. more

So very helpful 6/11/2008

I just bought my 1st bike in Denver. I went to other shops and did not recieve the outstanding service I found at Denver Spoke. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not only did I find a bike for my needs, they taught me all about how to care for it and outfitted me with every accessory I needed to be safe on the trails. \r After 6 weeks they tuned up the bike for free and answered all of my questions without me feeling silly for asking them. I am telling all my friends to stop in and check out the selections at Denver Spoke. I will be back again soon! Pros: Great staff who knows the products. Cons: Far from my home more

Worst customer service in the greater Denver area. Very arrogant... like IT guys, but I doubt any of them are educated. more

The best bike shop in Denver!! 12/6/2006

I just moved to Wash Park and needed some work on my bike so I popped in to the Denver Spoke and what a great place!! I took my bike there for a tune-up and test rode a new santa cruz , What a ride!!! I never intended to leave the store with more bikes than I came with! The staff is very helpful and friendly- It's a cool place and I loved the old dog Homer. I'll be back soon!! more
