This office is amazing. My whole family has been coming here for years. Affordable, clean and modern. Dr. Cho and his staff really care about us and our kids. We love it here! Best doctor of any kind that we have ever had. more

Practice is clean and professional. However a regular cleaning and xray procedure left me with a $150 bill. I have been going to dentists for a long time and this was surprising. By the time I tried to get my insurance sorted out, they sent the bill to a collection agency. Even after paying the bill, the collection agency now wanted more money. I hate greedy doctors (and why do they have to be dentists) Pros: kids get nice goodies on the fist visit (only) Cons: billing nightmares. Been coming here for years! Dr. Cho is great with our kids. Love him and his staff. Always a pleasure to find such a great doctor for our kids, not an easy task. Never have to wait in the lobby, never feel like he has one foot out the door. Dr. Cho always spend time to make sure all of our questions are answered. We are very happy to have found him! more

Dr. Cho is an exceptional pediatric dentist that sees children and children with special needs. We think he's the best children's dentist ever!!!! My son has been going to here since he was 2 1/2 (he is now 13). My son is a hand full (he has ADHD and mild autism) and is difficult to manage. Dr. Cho is very professional and has a great bedside manner with the little ones and he and his staff are soooooo patient and kind. They truly excel in what they do. Dr. Cho is very knowledgeable and I never feel rushed even when I have extra questions. Unlike a lot of doctors he does not have one foot out the door when you are talking to him. He's genuinely concerned with making sure that my son is comfortable. Excellent dental work in a kid friendly office. They also give my son a toy every visit and make twisty balloon animals, flowers and swords too. There's always kid's movies playing in the lobby and they have a separate children's reading area. Parents are allowed to go back with your child and a lot of offices don't do this. My son always asks when his next appointment is and actually wants to go. I don't even have a doctor I like seeing that much! They are in Milpitas right on Calaveras, in between Fremont and San Jose, very close to north San Jose where I live but I'd drive as far as necessary to go see Dr. Cho. They have always done a superior job and I wish that Dr. Cho could be my dentist! more

They are still doing a fabulous job after all these years! Great place for the kids. It's nice to actually feel like you are valued as a customer and patient. They really care about the service they provide. There aren't too many places where this is the case these days. We love coming here! more

The other reviewer is right, they do a great job. My son has been going there since he was 2 years old...about 9 years now. He has ADHD and can be challenging. Dr. Cho is great, extremely patient and gentle. The staff members have always been the best! He always gets toys, they make balloon animals and do everything possible to make it a great place to go! Not too many places out there like that these days. more

This office is very welcoming and the employees work very hard to make the children feel comfortable. Their waiting area has toys for kids to keep them busy during the wait. If appointments are made prior to the visit, they are very good at staying on schedule and not making their patients wait too long. The dentists and nurses communicate well and encourage the children to keep up their own teeth maintenance. more
